We are happy to say this is our third year working with producer Gerardo Trejo. Gerardo's picturesque family farm is situated in the volcanic Santa Barbara mountain range overlooking the breathtaking Lake Yojoa. The micro-climate formed by the large lake and steep volcanic peaks creates a prime climate for growing quality coffee. These pristine conditions, combined with Gerardo’s skill and sustainable farming practices, make for one stunning coffee that we are proud to offer again this year.
