    STEP 1

    Grind coffee as fine as coarse as bread crumbs.
    1 serving: 20 grams coffee
    2 servings: 40 grams coffee
    *We recommend using a 1:15 coffee to water ratio.

    STEP 2

    Add coffee grounds to French Press. Bring water to a boil.

    STEP 3

    Start your 4 minute timer as you pour just-off-boil water into your French Press, taking care to saturate all the grounds. Cover and wait 4 minutes.
    1 serving: 300g water
    2 servings: 600g water

    STEP 4

    At the 4 minute mark, remove lid and stir several times to break up the "crust" of grounds.

    STEP 5

    Replace lid and press plunger firmly down until it reaches the bottom.

    STEP 6

    Pour and enjoy your delicious cup of french pressed Case Coffee!
