Coffee Details

La Folie, from the farm of producer Penny Matheu, has become one of our most sought after coffees, year after year. It's easy to see why once you taste the perfect balance of fruit, chocolate and creaminess. Notes of apple pie and honey dominate this 2025 crop, alongside a lovely vanilla sweetness. There's also some milk chocolate, fudgy flavors happening in this cup as well, with a rich body. This is one of our all-time favorites in our lineup and we can't wait for you to try this new crop.

Outside the picturesque and historical city of Antigua, Guatemala, lies the farm of Penny Matheu. She entrusts her coffee cherries to be processed at the Bella Vista mill, run impeccably by Luis Pedro Zelaya. We are incredibly proud to partner with Ms. Matheu and the Zelaya family once again to offer this amazingly sweet, chuggable cup.
