Let's face it, we aren't usually fans of decaf. But after tasting this Sugar Caneprocess lot from Finca San Luis our minds were blown! Sugar Cane E.A. processing uses ethyl acetate, a product made by fermenting molasses that comes from sugar cane, to dissolve caffeine from green coffee. This natural method allows the coffee to retain its beautiful flavor characteristics and rich body. Lovely notes of raisin, chocolate and root beer permeate the cup, with a pleasant hint of roastiness.
