Our first-ever Mexican offering is rich and decadent, featuring notes of red apple, milk chocolate and toffee. It has a balanced body, with a lingering sweetness on the finish.

Coffee Details

This is our first year offering a coffee from Oaxaca, Mexico, and we are beyond impressed with the quality of this lot. San Juan Juquila Vijanos is a remote municipality in the Sierra Norte region of Oaxaca. This lot is a blend of several small producers from the region. The main varieties planted on their farms are Mundo Novo and Typica. The main processing method is fully washed, with a 24 hour pre-ferment in cherry, followed by 24 hours of fermentation after de-pulping. Parchment coffees are dried for about 8 days on patios and rooftops.
