The Cascadia is our exclusively African blend formulated to be more developed than our single origins, yet more fruity than the chocolate-focused Epiphany. The cup is reminiscent of blackberry jam slathered on toast- sweet and syrupy with just a hint of roastiness. The recent addition of a natural-processed Ethiopian makes this cup more fruity and punchy than ever! Lush, sweet and balanced, the Cascadia is excellent as both filter or espresso.
